I have taught Hip-Hop for roughly a decade. Starting first at CSU Dominguez Hills in Africana Studies (and inviting my first celebrity lecturer--Professor Griff of Public Enemy). I later reconstituted the class and taught it again at CSU Fresno in Africana Studies since 2009. 

Below, there are images of my student's graffiti work at Fresno's historic Sorensen Studios. In such fashion, I encourage my students to study Hip-Hop by experiencing it directly rather than just reading about it. Thus, we have a b-boy, a DJ, a rapper, a beat-boxer, a graffiti artist, and celebrity artists every spring come conduct workshops.
